capacities within international contexts. Program materials and examples will be
drawn from a variety of sectors, including corporate, government,
non-governmental, and not for profit.

| Methodology
|
|

Interactive: lecture, large-group discussion, individual reflection, experiential
exercises and discussion of video segments. Emphasis will be placed on the
application of the theory and practice of transformational leadership to real-time
professional questions and experience.

This course will focus on the theory and practicality of leadership in

more leaders.” How do cultural dynamics influence this perspective?

How are intercultural competencies a part of becoming a
“transformational leadership?”

becoming a transformational leader? What is the relationship between
creativity and transformational leadership?

How can transformational leaders create workplace environments that
encourage creativity and synergy among subordinates or clients with
differing cultural identities?

experiences as transformational leaders?
