DL&A Associate: Marsha Golangco, M.A.

Marsha Golangco is an expert in “Feng Shui” or the art of creating harmonious environments. Born in Hong Kong, she grew up with the ancient Chinese philosophy of Feng Shui. She gained first-hand knowledge of its application through her father’s various construction and development projects in Hong Kong. She has combined her eastern upbringing with her western education to bring Feng Shui awareness and understanding to clients to help them bring harmony to their lives through balanced physical environments.

She has been a keynote speaker on Feng Shui for builder and real estate associations and writes articles for builder publications. She has been quoted frequently in newspapers and publications, ranging from Fortune to Real Estate Today. Some of her clients include: A&R Property Management, Bank of America, Catellus Residential Group, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Commonwealth Companies, Dunmore Homes, National Association of Bank, Loan and Credit Officers, Ponderosa Homes, Remax Realtors Group, Standard Pacific Corporation, Taylor Woodrow Homes, Urban Land Institute, WESTCO Marina Inc., and Western Pacific Housing. In addition to corporate clients, she also provides Feng Shui consultation to small business owners, individual professionals and homeowners.

Marsha is an advocate of active community participation. Currently, Marsha is a Human Relations Commissioner of Contra Costa County (California), serving on the board of several non-profit organizations, including the Asian Pacific Cultural Center and the Asian Business Association. Marsha received her B.A. in Biology from Santa Clara University, M.A. in Home Economics from San Francisco State University, and completed the Academic Program of a Ph.D. in Environmental Science from the University of the Philippines.
