* China, Korea, Japan, India, Russia, Vietnam, Mexico and Brazil.
Additional country-specific programs are under development.
Target Participants:
* U.S. born employees and managers planning to do business in another culture
Objectives:
* Familiarization with (for example) Chinese/Indian/Japanese/Russian attitudes, communication styles and cultural assumptions as they apply to the business context
* Effective communication with (for example)Chinese/Indian/Russian business professionals
Methodology:
* Highly interactive: brief lectures on culture-specific points, discussion, demonstration role plays on communication style, brief analysis of video clips
Materials:
* Participants receive a curriculum of approximately 25-35 pages, containing cultural-specific material related to the target country/culture.
